METRO JAINŠ

star light

burning bright

go not gently

shouldering

your crab nebula way

by the sea shore

where dolphins play

a sudden shallow

breeze

that ever strays

never stings

let's traverse oyster beds

politic days

relatives with tentacles

passions

and a barber shop quartet that screams

unbelievable colors

against ostinato office buildings

 an orange

nailed to Kafka's brow

plays chaos chimes

prowess of Viking seasons

and finally

an evening's raisin

brought calmly

quietly

to

surging waves

implacable cliffs

victory at sea. . . .

a grain of sand is born

joins the drifting crowd

shroud of anonymity

and

star bright

what is your wish tonight?
